What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis Primer
Hypnosis is a state in which you remain in control, often allowing you to feel physically and emotionally connected. Initial Assessment
The Healing Mind offers 60-minute intake assessments. Assessments are a great way for you to learn more about your provider and build confidence they can help. Your provider works to gain an understanding of what you're going through and what changes you'd like to see. Policy & procedures will also be discussed.
