Hypnotherapy effectively alleviates anxiety and stress by first relaxing the body and then calming the mind. Through powerful imagery techniques, you'll learn practical and unique tools to manage your feelings anytime, anywhere, empowering you even outside our sessions.
Self-esteem counseling focuses on discovering what prevents you from rebuilding. Your subconscious fears and the beliefs you have about yourself, or others are common barriers to rebuilding. We’ll explore how you got to this place and work together to process those events. Let's rebuild together!

Initial Assessment
The Healing Mind offers 60-minute intake assessments. Assessments are a great way for you to learn more about your provider and build confidence they can help. Your provider works to gain an understanding of what you're going through and what changes you'd like to see. Policy & procedures will also be discussed.
